Does anyone have a good knowledge on Minnesota laws regarding gun rights?????
My brother-in-law got in an argument with my sister and when she called the cops he left. Now he is being charged with a "threat(??)" charge, interfering with a 911 call, and a domestic dispute charge. Now he is hearing that he will lose his right to bear arms regardless of outcome unless all three charges are dropped. My sister NEVER ment for that to happen, only for him to go somewhere else for the night. This sounds VERY severe for a FIRST offense domestic dispute issue.
