UPDATE: BFGs and SSRs(rims are like Brand New) pending payment/sale to 'MY Viper'

Last think left is one NEW, never used, LESS then 1 month old FRONT SSR rim 18x11 inch front in grey/anthrasite.

Jon

OR .. Maybe not.... I havent gotten any calls from 'my viper' to close the deal, so if anyone else is serious about getting some BFGs on SSRs.. please contact me.

Thanks!

I vote house as well. Condos don't come with single car garages... you'll have to park in a lot... some outdoors, and every idiot that shares the building with you has access to your car.

I used to own a 2/2 Condo with a 1 car garage. Theres plenty out there. Id still rent for 1-6 months. Just enough time to let you find the area you want to bu in. Theres literally so many neighborhoods that vary greatly. You'll kick yourself if you buy NOW, without checking all the surrounding areas.

The more I think about it, the more I feel you are right, because there is no way this market recoveres and real estate goes back on the incline in 6 months. We took a while to get into this mess, and we'll be taking a while to get back out of it. I think its smart that I learn the area before commiting to home purchase, just to 'get in' on the housing market right now. I'll be in cali by Friday, so I'll search all weekend for a decent 2/2 or 2/1 with a garage and hopefully find something and be ready for work on Monday :)

I have a 2 bed/2 bath condo with a 1 car garage for the Viper. My other three cars have to sit outside though. Whatever, the important one's locked up.

There's also lots of Townhouses with two car garages. I have a friend who had a 2/2 townhouse and filled his two car garage with two Vipers.

There's lots to choose from. Definitely rent for 6 months and then decide what you want. Honestly, I think the market still has some time to drop a bit more.

Welcome to the Bay Area.
