Often much is said about this site, the club, and its membership. Both good and bad. Let me tell you about an experience I just had.

I've been a member since '98. I've been very happy here and always made to feel welcome. I have served as a club officer in the VA/MD/DE region.

My Mom passed away last week. I never made any issue of it here, but I did post on my Facebook page so that those that are closest to me would know.

Last night, going through my mail, (in addition to a few cards from long and short time friends) I opened a sympathy card from the VCA. What a first class thing to have happen. Very few people knew, and I kept the service very small. Just wanted everyone to know, this is a first class group of people.

A very heartfelt thank you. It meant a lot.

My sympathy and condolences to you and your family on your mother's passing. I hope that your memories of her ease the pain of the end of her physical presence.

Very sorry to hear of that, Steve. I lost my Grandpa back in June, he never had the opportunity to own his dream car (Corvette). His passing kicked me into gear buying my Viper. Prayers out to you brother

My heartfelt condolences. I hope that each day that passes gets a bit easier, I also received one of those cards this week. It really brightened my day. Hope your family is well.
Broom :)
