is blue with silver a factory combo for 2001?

I found a 2001 with 1000 miles on it. It has the GTS wheels, blue with silver stripes. Is this color and stripes a factory combo? I saw the one posted here a week or so ago and it looks wonderful. The dealer is asking 64,900.00 Is this the raffle car?

By blue they mean sapphire blue, it's much much darker, almost looks black in most pictures. I havn't seen it in person but it's been said that it looks great in the sun.

TobyT, the sapphire blue with silver stripes is a 2001 only
color, there were 86 of these made. The raffle car was the
blue from 96&97 with white stripes, for sale in our classified
section. The sapphire is very dark, look black in low light but really sparkles in the sun light, very pretty but I am prejudiced
