More boost = spinning the blower faster = more power used to spin the blower.
You'd have to see a compressor map to determine the maximum efficiency of the supercharger and then determine if it is beneficial to spin the impellers faster.

Thats too basic. Given the viper engine and the limitations of the heads i would think that the power would be in the form of TQ under the curve
