What I have heard is that there is nothing Dodge can do once the title is in the new owners name. I'm not endorsing it nor condoning it.

Everytime i bid on something....... Wilddude has already been there done that. You are always on top of things....... I think I bought something from you too..lol. $10,000.... not worth it....

I think this would be legal. The problem is that he can't "jump" title. He will have to pay sales tax. Get the title back, and the ebayer will then already be the second owner.

This guy will loose more than half his money in taxes alone.

The whole deal would have way too many problem areas for me. Think about it, you would be paying money for a car that will get titled is some strangers name.
