When I lived in HK in 1997, I hopped the border to China to see a 4 hour BPR race. All the cool cars were there, including this Viper. It was the loudest Viper I have ever heard. Is it yours?

That looks to me like one of the former "rent a car" RT/10's taht first appeared at lemans in 1994 or 1995 (I can't remember) the other one was orange and had the same style rear window which leads me to beleive that this was the brother to taht car. they were for sale on ebay awhile back. Pretty neat privateer cars before the GTS-R

The rear window absolutely makes a difference, since all the air that the front moves aside has to put back behind the car. The window makes that effort much more efficient.

Best NASCAR bodies have long sloping rear glass, even some privateer Cobras had a similarly small rear "hatch" before the Cobra Daytona coupe came about.

Should make the aftermarket think about a combination rear-glass-trunk-lid piece, no?

With the glass, it looks similar to the fixed roof coupe (FRC) of the Z06 Vettes...
