Jacksonville Area Viper Repair Needed

I have been hit by the notorious window regulator failure. Driver window started skipping yesterday, her the cable groan and now the window will not come up. Has power just sounds terrible and won’t function. I live in the Jacksonville area of Florida. Any one know who can repair this? Thanks!
