I guess since et is directly related to your traction more so than power its possible to do this with a Z06......Looking at the mph at 114 and his 11.9 shows that he got out the hole nasty fast. This reminds me of the ricer crowds Eclipse/Talon/Laser. They get 11.5 at only 114-116 because of the awd...In most rwd's with the power to trap those speeds, that would be a low to mid 12 car....
I too doubted JRODs claims in another thread but the more I think about it the 1/4 is all about traction in the first 60'...So if your technique is spot, with slicks etc it seems feasible....Like bone stock Vipers doing 11.7-11.9's on stock Michellins have been proven.....
Anyone got times for a BONE STOCK Viper with only slicks and or even smoothies[JROD had lid removed]...Seems that it would be easily faster than an 11.5 in the hands of someone like a J.Ferman/JROD type driver.....
