Just bought this 2008 Viper from Jacobs Mitsubishi in New Port Richey Florida, anybody happen to know the owner or the history?

Hi all, just bought this 2008 Viper from New Port Richey Jacobs Mitsubishi. Looks like it's been tracked with some mods. It's missing the catalytic converters which I need for bringing it into California. Hoping to find the original owner for some background on the car and to see if he still has the cats. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
