Well I know I posted a few pics on my other thread but since I detailed my car for the first time today I'll give a run of what I used.
Wheels-P21 Gel
Wash- P21 Shampoo
Fine grit claybar
For buffing I used a orange pad with Menzerna Super Intensive Polish (SIP). The paint was in pretty good shape but with the polish it def made a difference. For the clear bra I used a green pad with Menzerna PO 85 with lighter pressure so I didn't burn through. Then of course it's all waxed up. The pics aren't the best but enjoy.

Beautiful car and great pictures, especially in the garage.

But, you forgot one thing.....you didn't detail your flip flops!:lmao:

Pictures look great! Menzerna SIP a pretty aggressive polish. I would have used something less aggressive if the paint wasn't bad as noted. No sense taking off more clear coat then you have too.

Yeah I know SIP it a little more intense but there were some water spots that would not come off with the lighter polish unfortunately...hopefully I wont ever need it again.

Waterspots are killer. You sould put in a water purification system. Lot of different routes to go. I have two filters inline at my shop and they helped, but still had bad water. I bought a CR Spotless from Costco and my paint has been thanking me since!

Looking great! I can't wait for the weather to cool off here so I can start on mine.

yeah the day I did it wasn't to bad at all...unfortunately I've had the car less than 2 weeks and its in the shop so I cant even enjoy it..ugh..btw jhill since your in Houston I was thinking maybe it would be cool to get some pictures around the Houston area....I know of some good parking garages and what not that would look pretty cool with a few cars...let me know what you think.

Wes/Justin,

I would like to get a couple of photos of our 03' SRT/10 on the Sabine Street Bridge with Downtown as a back drop. Let me know if you're interested in making this a group effort?

Alan

I'm down sometime. Like I said I have to get my car back first but anytime after that is fine with me. Maybe posting this in the Texas forum would be a good idea as well, it just seems like no one really checks it.
