Fuel cutoff or battery cutoff? If the battery is in the stock location, I would be surprised if they said anything.
I believe a solid rear axle would not enforced so long as you have halfshaft safety loops.
They will make sure you have the proper safety equipment on your person and will more often than not require a proper cage.
The parachute is unlikely but if you read the rules on what it takes to break into the nines, you'd be amazed. You need approved flywheel, scattershield, driveshaft (and halfshaft) safety loops, longer wheel studs, etc, etc. The obvious ones are what 90% of the tracks are concerned with.
I'd ask the tech that threw you out what he would want to see.
