K&N 57-1508 Cold Air Kit on 98 GTS with 99 fan--HELP

Help--Help...I bought a K&N Cold air kit 57-1508 for my 98 GTS and when I went to install it I realized my car had the 99+ upgraded center mount fan and will not fit as instructed by K&N. If anyone has modified the kit to fit the 99-02 fan I could really use some advise and pictures. Please email me at [email protected] I really appreciate any help!!

Yes,
You need to shorten the inlet tubes and drill new mounting holes in the front of the bax.
