K&N filters and Smooth Tubes

My Viper has no upgrades whatsoever. I wanted one that was totally stock so I could make what changes I wanted to. Where can I go to get the correct K&N filters and smooth tubes? I also want to add a high perf. exhaust but that will probably wait a little while. If you have an opinion on which exhaust is the best (corsa or borla), I'd appreciate some input on that also.
