I run an honest business and I am the only one at the dealership that sells Vipers and Prowlers so, yes, sometimes I don't make contacts as quick as I should and some of the calls fall through the cracks. I have enjoyed dealing with the Viper nation over the past 10 years and look forward to many more years to come. I love my job because I get to sell the BEST SPORTS CAR IN THE WORLD TO THE GREATEST CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD!!
Thanks again!
Eric,
I called you once about a Venom 650R you had for sale , left a voice mail message, and never heard from you. So I took my '98 GTS to Hennessey and had mine built. I usually don't take the time to call a vendor back to let him know he lost a possible sale, however, this post came up so I'm taking the time. People spending this kind of $$$s expect the courtesy of a call back even if in my case you had maybe already sold the car I was interested in. As you say some calls may be falling between the cracks, however, I would suggest you have sales falling between the cracks. You should hire an assistant to return calls and consider it an investment in you're business. I think the increase in revenues and ROI would be well worth it. Remember, it's customers like me and those above that you don't hear back from complaining about poor service that go elsewhere with their $$$s and you don't even know it.
