I don't DISlike Latham, but when I was looking for my GTS, he was one of the dealers I called. He said he "could get me" a silver GTS - but it wasn't clear if he actually had one or not. I had to cut through alot of BS before I discovered that he did not actually have a silver GTS - or even one coming - but was going to locate one for me... couldn't give me a real good price either the first (and only) time we talked. I was supposed to get a call back with "their best price" and when they had found a car - but never heard anything. I had gone with another dealer anyways so it didn't really matter.
I do know of one other person on this board (who has not posted yet) who had a bad experience with Latham.
I am NOT posting this to jump on the bandwagon... just to let Eric know that he apparently has a bunch of folks that he is not serving well.
As I said, I don't dislike them, but when you can go with someone like Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse, why would you deal with anyone else? Bill already has the process down to a science - I don't know why you would ever go anywhere else to be honest... and their prices are some of the best around as well.
