Found some new buttons/switches to control my "stuff"...:D

RED--1st stage NOS GREEN--NOS bottle warmer
RED--2nd stage NOS BLUE---NOS purge
BLUE-CO2 BLUE---CO2 purge

BLUE--(in cigerette lighter hole) This is a complete relay starter assembly. You can eliminate using the key for ignition or leave it. I have it set up to turn key on, then push button to start the car. I can start with key also but that's no fun...:D

Silver pushbuttons (2) w/LED --- line Lok and aux.front lights

*Purge buttons are momentary. The rest are ON/OFF

Cool!

I've had a hard time trying to come up with a way to mount all the buttons for my nitrous setup
I'll probably use some of your ideas ;)

Did you have to wire in a kill switch too? Now that you bypassed the key anyone can start the car right?

With the starter button, does the LED stay lit while the engine is running?
Or does light while being used, then go off? (or go off after a specific amount of time?)

That is very cool! I love buttons and toggle switches, I think they're fun. I've never seen those with the ring around them though, very nice looking.

Thank You...

I think they turned out pretty good. The LEDs aren't quite that bright (obnoxious..). I had the camera set on "night" with no flash.

I use the key as the kill switch. I can start the car with the key also.

I have the swithches installed so that the lights come on when I turn the key on. You can also wire them to come on only when activated.

You can tell when a switch is "on" because the center button is depressed. Also, when the button is in this position, the LED light is brighter. You can also feel the depressed button w/o looking down.
The mom. buttons (purge) do not stay depressed l

Do you have any schematics as to which wires you tapped for the starter switch? Thinking about putting a kill switch somewhere so I wouldn't need the key anymore.

I will try to find the instructions. If i remember right, the instructions explained several different ways to hook up.

All of the different switches are very nicely made...( At that price, I would guess so...;))

I got my switches from Old Dog Street Rods here in St. Louis. I worked with Paul.

Are the instructions meant for Vipers or are they just generic? If it's generic it's pretty simple to figure out. I'm just wondering which wires in our column do we tap?

I am interested as well in doing this, please post any schematics or instructions if possible. I am not too good at doing these things but would really like to learn. Great install Treesnake, yet again. Looks very nice!

The starter kit comes with full instructions. I did not install the switches myself. I will look at what paperwork I still have for them. The installer said it wasn't difficult at all. The parts are nicely made and assembled too.
