Lets Cheer up Nick!

I like many of my fellow vca comrades are feeling the pain and anguish that Joyce and Scott are at this time. I have never met them personally but have spoke to both on the phone many times. They are wonderful and dedicated to all the viper community as well I am sure.. loving and caring parents. At this hard time I suggest we band together and send something to Nick in the Hospital to make him feel like he's where he loves to be..working on Vipers in his dads shop..ANY IDEAS? I called today and left message suggesting if I could get info on where Nick is as to send him some good cheer!

i'm all for it! what about one of the die cast cars... something... having 2 of my own and one on the way, i can totally feel their pain... prayers/best wishes to them... i will send cash or if we get the address, send it there. what is the address at their shop?

How about someone who's good with photo shop make a card up, post it so we can all down load it. We print it off, sign it, drop a picture of our cars and mail them to him with best of wishes? Could receive hundreds? Maybe too plain, just my .02.

Hey Guys

We cant tell you how much your support means.Nick was supposed to be transferred to a hospital in gainsville fl. for some unique treatment unfortunately he suffered a pulmonary embolis(blood clot in his lungs)this afternoon.He was very lucky as this is usually a lethal complication.I will update tommorow as to wether he remains there or not.Adam thank for starting this thread,it brings light to a dark day.

Just spoke to a vca buddy whos a professional photographer whos down in Houston covering the celebrity thing at the superbowl..Heres the email I sent him..

I dont know if you have been following the thread on Scott of Elites son Nick but I posted a thread on lets cheer up Nick and thought while you were down in Houston at the Superbowl being that Nick probably a typical 19 year old maybe a few photos of some fine women hotties and a autograph of get well to Nick would be great if you could make it happen. Alot of guys on the vca would appreciate the gesture if possible..Just a thought

Scott I dont know you personally and never have done business with you, but I did spend some time on phone with you to know that you are a great guy and that your son is probably just like you. I wish him and your family well. Hang in there brother, we are here for you.

I meet Scott last year when Tom Session was down. Great guy. My heart goes out to him and his Family. I like the jacket idea. I was thinking today about suggesting to pass a hat around at the V-10 Nationals coming up. Could be an opportunity for a bunch of us to sign the inside of a nice jacket for him as a get well present.
