Lighter drive shaft?

Steve, Parts Rack sells Titanium half shafts that are 10-15lbs lighter than the stock units. I believe Jon B stated they were good up to 1200 HP.

Seems to me that a vendor at the December PRI Show in Indy told me that they hoped to have a carbon fiber drive shaft for the Veper in near future...sorry, can't recall company...might look in performance mags.

Steve, not sure what a lighter prop shaft would do, but I don't think you'll get any performance benefits from slightly lighter half shafts... just less likey to break something with the stronger units.
