Line Lock Install

just curious where those with linelock have installed the button. im thinking of moving the power mirror switch ovet to the key hole for t ehair bag and then using the available power mirror switch as the spot for the linelock button. damnn ugly red button to isnt it! ya think theyd have black as opposed to this james bond red one

i went to autozone and bought a few different switches. im gonna try and find a set (two switches) that will mount where the dimmer dashlight dial is as thats about as useless a feature as **** on a bull. i can use one for line lock and one for the garage door opener (maybe)

Radio Shack has a pretty good selection of switches. That's where I usually go to find switches.

Make sure it is a momentary (you have to maintain it) and make sure you mount it close to the shifter. The line lock is also used to preload the drivetrain as the lights come down, therefore, you want to be able to go from the button to the shifter quickly and simply.
