Long Island SRT/10 crash

Saw a red SRT/10 involved in an accident today around noon in Fort Salonga right on 25A. Car was up and embankment really smashed up but there was no ambulance on scene, I assume occupant(s) were okay as people were just standing around talking. Anyone know who it was? Plate was not custom. Couldn't have been a nicer dry day, warm with plenty of grip. Hard to figure how this happens under ideal weather conditions.

I took a cell phone pic, but it's awful.
