You have to save the picture on a site like Photobucket, Flickr, Facebook, etc. Then use the image url (www.asdf.jpg) to insert it into your post like this

You must be registered for see images

. That's what the little green picture button is for in the posting screen.

The URL to your image should end in .jpg or .jpeg...that is when you know you have the correct URL that goes right to the picture.

Also, if you are using PhotoBucket, you might have it set where you are only able to see the pictures, as they are private.
