As the title implies, I'm looking for an electrical connector that goes on the rear turn signal/reverse lens for my 04 Viper. The connector is grey in color and I believe it holds the reverse light bulb. I've got a new harness from Scharf that I thought would have it already attached, but didn't notice until the harness showed up that the connector was separate from it. If anyone has a spare light assembly sitting around that would be willing to part with the connector I'd really appreciate it. Baring that if anyone has any info on what brand the connector is I might be able to go through some of our suppliers at my job to get a replacement. I tried VPA but haven't heard back from them yet whether they offer just the connector. They sell the whole lens assembly with bulbs and connectors together, but I don't really want to pay for a whole assembly since the connector is the only thing broken.

Have you tried Scharf? I would talk to them first since they sold you the light harness. If they do not have it, try X2 builders.

Haven't yet, guess it wouldn't hurt. Had a feeling it might be a similar issue where they only sell the whole assembly as opposed to individual connectors. At least I don't have to have it to drive the car for the time being. Got a cruise this weekend I'm hoping to have the car back together for if my parts come back from paint.

Well, turns out I got lucky this morning and while looking at the socket in a different light I caught a part number. Looked it up and it's a fairly generic Dodge part. Called the dealer and for once didn't get a ridiculous price gouge, only around $5.
