I have been toying with the idea of having my Gen 3 wheels chromed, but the cost is rather high adding in freight, etc. So, I am checking to see if anyone has any OEM wheels that would fit my Gen 3. I already have the ten spoke, so I am looking for a change. Any good used sets out there? Thanks.

I have a set of flawless Gen IV Razor wheels with New PSIIs (used for 1 HPDE day--3 20 minute sessions) on them and TPMs that are available. I have HREs and am just too lazy to change the wheels when I go to play! So for the right price these will be available. Otherwise, I will just keep them!

I would assume its cheaper to have yours chromed and shipped than to buy oem wheels. I had two sets of 5 spokes which I sold for 3,000 and 3300.00 no sensors or center caps new in box

I have a set of flawless 5 spokes with brand new PS2s up front and decent ones out back, TPS's included, coming on the market within a month. Should be asking for fair market on them, $2500'ish.

@DMan, That's kinda what I am looking for less the tires.

@ullose, yes, that is too much for my budget. I am not looking for new--just some nice older ones that someone has laying around. I would think one should be able to find a nice used set of OEM for $1,500 or so. Well, probably I am crazy. Yes, I guess I am. Doesn't hurt to ask.

@Rocket, you know I would love your car--out of range budget wise. I was lucky to be able to afford my 03.

@ Hank, Thanks, but I think those would be out of reach.

I have a set of 2008 OEM 5 spokes, no tires or center caps. In very good condition, no curb rash but a few minor surface scratches. Looking for $2000 plus shipping or free local pickup in SF, CA.

Because the center caps fit on any of the Gen III or IV OEM wheels....so there is no need to change when you change between OEM style wheels

Precisely! I just transferred them to my new OEM sidewinder wheels. That's why I'm selling the 5 spokes without center caps and tires.

I tried to PM you (as you did me I think) but the forum won't allow me to get PM's. I am trying to figure it out and have a thread started right now asking for help on the matter.

Thanks. You set the price. They are yours. I'm thinking that what you have is out of my price range.

My wheels have fresh tires, center caps and sensors and are unmarked. We are probably at different price points. My set would be more like $3,500 plus shipping. Tires alone are $1,700 or so.

Maybe when and if I ever use the tires up things will change.

Thanks Vic. I will think about it. Right now my budget is about $1500. Maybe I should have started this thread when I had a bigger budget, but I had heard of a few deals for around $1500 and that's what I have so I went ahead and made a thread.

I'm looking for wheels too, my budget was $1500. I found a gen2 set, but the asking price is a little more.
