I have a 2003 Viper SRT10, and just recently it seems to have lost a lot of power especially when you hit the higher RPM's. I have put new plugs, new air filters, new coils, new spark plug wires and still no improvement. Im guessing its a fuel problem now. I had it into a dodge dealership but all they could tell me was "yep theres a loss of power at the higher RPM's" . Im wondering if its a fuel pump problem or injectors? Has anyone had similar issues? I would greatly appreciate the help.

First off, How many mileso the car ? Higher miles could stem to be valve springs going soft.

The car does have 62000 miles, how ever I just came from a shop where they scoped the car and they did say it was looking like the cats are going. If it was the springs getting soft, would that not be a more gradual process. This seems to have started over the past month and came on fairly sudden when I noticed it. But now that you say that either im being paranoid or there is a problem with the springs because I thought I did hear some tapping coming from the engine. Nothing crazy but never the less. I had a Iroc back when I was a teen that had bad springs and that sound was similar.
