I agree, the Hurst car looked off....like it was in need of a buff or covered in salt. The satin gold actually reminded me of the antique-looking x-mas ornaments on me tree lol. But it's still a cool car, no argument.
With that said, I would never lay matte paint on one, just because you likely will get tired of it (I've been there). With the price of vehicle wrapping vs. a proper matte re-paint, wrapping is a no brainer. Get the look you want, without commitment & possible dent in re-sale value.
