max hp for 3rd gen viper engine?

i'm wanting to engine swap the 3rd gen viper engine in another car and i'm wanting to know how much hp it can handle with forged internals and a big tt set up like over 1600 hp each for each turbo

I think the biggest hp Vipers out there are somewhere in the 3-4000 hp range lately. Built correctly I'm pretty sure it can take it, but as with any extra high hp build it's usually more a question of "how long" it puts up with it and how often you might have to change parts out. Viper Specialty has 1500+ hp packages for the gen 3 and I think I've seen some dyno runs of builds here in the 2500 hp range, though those might have been gen 4 engines. Largely similar from an overall architecture point of view, but I think there are some differences in there and when you are talking about that much power every little strength increase can matter.
