Measurements for painted stripes?

The stripes on my 2001 are 8 inches wide, 4 1/2 inches between the stripes. The are consistent front to rear. You will love them on your car, much more aggressive looking.

I disagree. Stripes thru the lic plate area give it a much more fluid and complete look. Mine looks great thru the plate area. Just my .02

..My thoughts if you are sticking to originality,only 96 GTS stripes run through the Lic. Plate area. Having said that I agree with you it is more visually appealing when there is no break in the stripes.

1996 GTS stripes are slightly different in width and gap between. A search will find the exact measurements or if you can't find it I can check my GTS.</FONT f>

My 97 GTS is in the shop getting strips painted on as we speak (or write).

Exact deminsions are 96: 209mm-100mm-209mm with 97 up (changed again in 2000 or 2001 I think): 203mm-112mm-203mm

Paint thru the NACA duct. It looks finished that way...not like you dropped the duct in when you were done....my 2cents
