yea their should be a percentage rule...
A guy in a Honda who's car maxes out at 115 mph who is doing 90 mph kows darn well that he's doing 85% of what his car will do..

A Vipers owners car that will do 190 mph and is doing 90 mph is only doing 45% of what his car will do...LOL...
If only it really worked that way
