You're over analyzing. I personally let car run up to operating temp before first drain after winter because 1) I don't want any moisture showing up in my annual oil sample analysis report and 2) I usually do my first change when it's still cool out, so I dont wanna wait forever for the cold oil to drain out. I have a routine and have to back out of a storage bubble before my oil change anyways, but I would have zero issues draining cold if I had to.
