Has anyone seen, or can anyone make, replacement door interiors like this:

It would be great to replace the ratty looking carpet on the doors.

Wow, is that a viper door panel? It looks great if it is. A lot of people on here have had the door panels recovered. I agree the carpet looks very cheap. On my 95 I had a local interior shop recover the carpet piece with leather and the cost was only $150. Almost any good upholstry shop could do it. I went a simple cheaper route, but I know Venzano does some really nice stuf, a little pricey but it looks killer.

Here is a pic of what the local upholstry shop did, nothing like the above pic but better than the fuzzy carpet.

The pic above is a Ferrari door panel, stock. I really hate that U.S. car makers try to save a couple hundred dollars on $80k+ cars by putting in crappy interiors.

An aluminum/leather door panel would look so good. I don't know enough about machining to know how difficult it would be to create a aluminum panel to replace the area where carpet is, but if someone made it, I'd buy one.

I think that looks good, i'm going to go that route and have a local upholstry shop do something like that, the carpet thing disturbs me, it's hideous!
