I have a Mopar Borla cat back exhaust that I will be installing soon on my 97 GTS with stock headers. I'm going to do
the high flow cat thing at the same time. Is there a big difference in the sound level between the ceramic or metal
high flow cats from Parts Rack when hooked up to the Borla? Does anyone have any recent experience with either of
these setups? JonB doesn't have much feedback from customers running the Borla system with his cats.
Thanks for any inputs. <font color="red"> </font> <font color="black"> </font>

I was wondering the same thing. I have Corsa on my 97GTS and just bought Belanger headers and the shielded cats from Jon. I am going to use a DB meter and do some mesurment on the Corsa this weekend and then after the install Headers and cats ck it again. Thought I would do Idle,2500 from the back and then 65 and accel from inside. Also going to dyno it to see what actual differance there is. If you want I will let you know.

I currently have the Mopar/Borla exhaust on my car. I am ready to change the cats but can't make up my mind on which ones to get

I have the Borla cat back and am adding Belanger headers and high flow cats (not sure which, but leaning towards Sean Roe's). Would like to know the outcome as well!!

Kurt, JonB was concerned about his metalic high flow cats with a Mopar Borla cat back AND the Belanger headers. He thought it might end up being too loud for other than short trips and attracting attention.

I don't know how Sean's cats compare to the metal Randon Tech ones from Parts Rack, but I have the metals high flows in my garage and you can almost read the newspaper through them. I was thinking of going back to a more restrictive cat so I can add the Belanger headers when they start handing them out for free.
