Anybody done this yet?

"Solid Steering Gear Mounts improve turning and handling response. They are a direct replacement for rubber isolator mounts found in production Vipers. Constructed of lightweight aluminum for strength and durability."

Could this bring on an unreal amount of road feel in the steering wheel? No doubt about it giving a more positive feel.

How about a higher durometer rubber mount, if they are available.

First thing I noticed in my Viper (compared to my Vette) was how rubbery the on-center steering feels ... any improvement would be welcome.

Funny, I noticed just the opposite after trading in my vette.

Has anyone made this upgrade with this part from Mopar? Did it change the steering feel at all?
