Motor Trend High speed shootout 2003-SRT10 represents

I noticed in the magazine pictures that the SRT had no after market roll bar. Seems strange that all the tracks require a roll bar or you can't run - is Justin bells life not worth a roll bar or do the "hoops" on the SRT actually qualify as roll bars?
