Of course his other comments were: "We just made the jump to lightspeed", "It's really a wormhole into another galaxy", "That car is a tremendous amount of fun", "I was so pleased to be driving without all of the electronic controls" and it's "really entertaining, and satisfying, but a handful..you had better know what you are doing and be darned careful if you are going to try and drive a Viper ACR at it's limit". Which is all true.
So from that report, it's a total success in that the ACR Viper directly hit it's target of providing
superior track performance.
It may fall short in being a more comfortable and luxurious daily driver (which other cars admittedly do better) but as usual the ACR just wiped out the competition at the track!
