Okay, we have this great list of a bunch of people...how about we finally set a date for this thing? Looks like we've got enough to where once we get a date, some places can be contacted about special rates, parking, etc. Any suggestions?

I heard we may have a Southeast event on the same weekend so will put on hold until know for sure. Hopefully in a week or so.
