Mystery Screw Left Over: Window Regulator Clip Replacement

I very carefully collected all the screws and nuts and when I completed the job, I had this one left over.

It has the oval head w/washer which implies it is a trim screw with the head visible.

But I'm at a complete loss.

For now, its in a labelled bag.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm going to list the fasteners as I remember them: NOTE: The release cover was already off.

• Door panel
  • (1) Washer Screw, rear bottom
  • (1) Washer Screw, front
  • (2) Oval w/washer screws, front top by release latch
  • (1) Washer Screw, long, lower rear of latch
  • (2) Washer Screw, behind speaker
  • (3) Screws, Speaker
• Regulator
  • (3) Washer nuts, motor assembly
  • (2) Washer screws, track top
  • (1) Washer nut, track bottom

Looks like one of the door panel screws. Take a look and see if one is missing...

Looks like the one on the rear of the door panel at the top.
