Hey guys,
I recently purchased a 97 GTS and sent the fuel door components to a local shop to have them chromed. I then waited 5 weeks for them to call me and say that they have lost the roller in the tank! I've tried very hard to locate one online but have had no luck. I have also noticed that the ones available are of the newer year models with plastic rivets (mine are brass) and a larger roller. My car has been non-drivable for way too long now and I'm really hoping for any advise that could help me. Attached is mine in blue and what is available to buy on Ebay and theviperstore.com in red. Thank you for any help

Ouch, I don't know if that's available as a separate piece. You're better off just getting a machine shop to make you one?

Yes, I think that is my best and quickest option right now. However the challenge I'm facing now is getting the dimensions.

Diameter 0.621"

Radii 0.045"

The center hole will need to be just slightly bigger than the roll pin you plan on using.
