Need File support

The tutorials Im producing are in "flash" .SWF type files.

Can we allow these types of files to be stored and can I get more storage space?
Tried to upload the latest tutorial on "setting up logging with VEC3 software" (11.4mb) and got tossed out. Any help would be appreciated.
