I am looking to find out how to contact the region rep for Jacksonville, Fl. I have come to the conclusion that after my Arrow Rebuild was done at Caruso Regency Dodge, the mechanic cut my green w/yellow stripe wire to make the "battery discharge light" go off. He was having problems getting it to go off and after I discovered the cut wire and put it back together, the light came back on. I disconnected it today and it went off.

I find it hard to believe such a "coincidence" occurred. The odds are better in Vegas. I posted the other day and I am concerned I may be doing damage to my car's Charging System. I even gave the guy $100 cash for the job. So now I have a new battery I did not need and I get to go somewhere else and pay my $200 deductible again. Let's see "If I look up the wire that turns this light on, and cut it, the problem will go away and the owner won't know". Nice...I am pissed. Any help with contacting rep would be helpful.

The zone contacts should be in the warranty portion of your owners manual booklet.......

The Reps name is John Milkey, I have his number at home but I am in Miami this week. I would just call 800.992.1997 and open up a customer car call with DC on your VIN#. This will get on the right track to process your complaint. My other recomendation for you is never take your car to Regency Dodge again. They are the worst dealship in Jacksonville. All the local vipers that drive together stay as far away and boycott that place.
Take it over to westside dodge, Brian the ViperTech is really good.

Are you Ponte Vedra guys going to drive this saturday night?
