I am looking for a lift. But not just any lift. I am looking for a lift that will fit a 8 foot ceiling and a 9 foot width footprint.

Any suggestions?

For wheels free maintanance use (not car over car storage) a double scissor lift, Nussbaum for example, is 4.5 inches thick down, raises to 6'7" at full height, is the width of your Viper and shorter in length then your wheelbase. Uses Viper factory lift points and is a drive over style. 7,000 lbs capacity, has a hugh footprint, so concrete strength and thickness requirements are minimal (4" 2,500 PSI as remember) and is made in Germany. It's what I've been using for the past 5 years, though I do enjoy taller ceilings.

Talk with Jerry Dobson-he is the KC VCA VP and has done a bunch of lifts here.
Knows his stuff-and has a picture with his lift in his avatar. He may be able to help.
His lift was just in the Rob Report magazine for August.:2tu:

Either a 2-post or a 4-post is okay... Just has to be short and narrow...

Thanks for all you help folks!
