Need Pan Head Torx bolts to hold 5 points belt

I am searching for the Pan Head Trox bolts kit that I need to install a 5 points belt system on my 2006 Coupe.

Actually I need the bolts to install a child seat in my Viper. I need 2 bolts for the transmission tunnel and 2 bolts for the upper frame. I already done this installation on my ACR. I want to transfer the kit to my new Coupe.

The threaded holes are already on the frame. It seems that the bolts that I need are the same which hold the sport bar. These bolts seems to be the same as the ones holding the seat belt assembly on the Gen2 vipers.

Anybody know what is the threading/size of these bolts ?
What is the Dodge part number for these "pan head torx" bolts ?

In this case dont buy the EXPENSIVE D-C ACR part...we have the same forged anchor for $5 that Dodge wants at $27. BOLTS ON THE WAY, FedEx. Keep that baby safe....the last time I saw (her) there was a VIPER STICKER on her tummy !!!!
