I am looking to replace the tires on my 2004 SRT/10. I need to replace all 4; the fronts are original equipment @ 30,500+ and the rears are the second set, now at 16000+. I can only find the original equipment Michelins for the rears, there are a few other choices for the fronts, at least from what I can find on-line. This is for regular street use, not for track use. Any recommendations?

Get 18" rear rims the selction is much greater other wise PS2 19" tires are rare Nitto has one.

I don't agree with the rim change..............
Michelin has the ps2 or the original pilot's that come in runflats or non runflats. (not the ps2). Like stated above nitto has a new tread design also. So there is 3.....lol

Simple choice if you are only replacing two tires ----- make sure all 4 match. If you are buying 4 new ones , you have some great choices and of course you can check out the Michelin PS 2s instead of run flats. The new for 08 , Viper specific PS2s are likely not out yet, though the first to get them would be TireRack ( ask for Luke Pavlick ) or Jon B at the PartsRack.

I don't like changing rims but there is no drag tire out there for 19" If you know of one please let me know. I wonder if Dodge is in bed with Michilen like Goodyear is in bed with GM Thanks:drive:

I am using the Hoosier A6 19" street slick on the rear. Spins(wont do that if you warm them up a little) just a small amount in first and you cant make it spin or fish tail in the other gears. The Viper just hooks up and goes. Been caught in the rain a few times and everything was ok as long as I was careful. I love the tire. I also have the DLM SC installed.

Tire mileage is not good but you could go with the R6 that has a little harder compound. For me-I wont have any other tire than the A6 on the rear. I put a little over 10000 miles on the viper in a year.
