The original tops for the 92-early 93's were made from a canvas type material with a pebbly grain finish. Mid year 93 tops switched to a cloth type material. Windows for both were of the same material as the tops.

Thank you Granger! I learned something about the Gen 1 soft tops. I thought they were all canvas material. Never knew there was a vinyl top.

Can someone help me? Ive never had the original top for my 1994 Viper. Did the factory soft top come in Vinyl or Cloth material? I thought it was more of a cloth feel?

Why don't you call Dodge to see if the '94 original top & windows will fit your car.

They used the cloth all the way through Gen2 production. Never vinyl.
