Nice!!! Nothing like a nice clean black Viper. Yes I've noticed there are quite a few black Gen V's on Autotrader. Really not a lot of incentive to order when you can find almost any combo available now. Very cool, enjoy that beast!

But who knew this back when we were all placing our orders? Judging by all the Vipers available, I'd say these cars are not exactly flying off the showroom floor. It would have been a little ballsy, but ViperSmith might have bought his car for less money if he renegotiated his cancelled order. LOL. I just hope SRT is paying attention and doesn't try to build and sell 3000 for 2014.

yeah but most of the cars available have plain black interior, IMO the red and beige in the GTS really stand out and are quite the upgrade in appearance.

Congrats, the car looks great!

One thing I did notice, the difference in the trunk gap on the left side to the ride side, as well as the gap on the bottom. Almost looks like the rubber stops could be adjusted on the right side, to make it sit perfect. Have you looked into adjusting that?

I have a 2013 gt500 and no it is not faster than a viper and never will be unless you are doing pulls from 50 mph and on with those 1k in mods. The viper is a 3 second 0-60 car the shelby with no matter how much power you put on the street will never be that unless maybe and a BIG MAYBE you do M/Ts with full front and rear griggs suspension and 100hp. Otherwise you are just spinning tires. And you may have a car faster than the viper but it will be a car you won't want to drive every day.

Ferraris are for people who like the best and those who don't like ferrari majority of the time insult it because they can't afford it. Now if you said lambo is for posers I would agree.
