New Best: [email protected] on DR's

Went to MIR on Friday night for another Real Street event. I set a new personal best and took home the win.

The track was sketchy and the car actually got a little loose on the 7.58 pass. I turned it down and ran 7.60's the rest of the night at 188-189. It was trapping 150-151mph in the 1/8 on the later runs.

Here are the specifics:

1/4 - 7.586 @ 190.19mph (on the rev limiter)

That's incredible! Can I get some specifics on your car?

What tranny are you running?
What exact rear end are you using (not ratio) Is it a GTSR Dana 60 type unit or a Mark Williams conversion?
Other than the necessary cage and chute is your interior mostly stock, along with body panels?

It is a 575cid with twin 88mm turbos. Powerglide trans. Still factory rear with IRS, but worked over by Mark Williams.

The interior is stock with a full cage, parachute, and fire system. The body panels are all stock. I still have A/C, Power steering, power brakes. Nothing has been removed from the car.

That's really a beautifully executed car, it blows me away at what cars like yours are running these days! That link reminds me of why I don't hang at the Alley much. Thanks for all the info.
