New Corvette looks like it been crossed with a Viper

Is it just me or do others think the 2005 Corvette that is been shown at the Detroit Auto Show front looks like a Viper? (pictures available on the net)

I guess it has the advantage that those who like both cars can buy one!!

I think it's an attempt by GM to steal the instant front end distance recognition factor from Viper. Kinda like what they did with the H2 vs. Jeep. Now you have to look twice to determine if it's a rare car or dime a dozen. I still think Lutz is a *****.
