Hi friends,

I am in need of new knobs for the AC of my 1995 RT/10. Two are damaged. Does anyone have the original ones for me or can recommend aftermarket ones as a better alternative?

Thanks,

Bjoern

The online parts manual doesn't list the knobs separately, so, I do not know if they are something that can be purchased from Mopar. For new knobs, you could try emailing Viper Parts America, or JonB at Viper Parts Rack or Chuck Tator or Sean Roe listed here: http://forums.viperclub.org/forums/261-Sponsoring-Vendor-Reviews.

I had MGW billet aluminum knobs on my 2002. However, they are no longer listed on the main MGW website though and I do not know if they would fit Gen 1. They are a classy alternative if someone still has stock.

IF none of those leads help, I would say that the knobs on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler look very similar and are only $5 to $8 each as MOPAR parts . I just had to replace mine for cracked shafts. I can not say however, whether they would fit your car unless we compared critical measurements; or maybe you can find someone who owns a Jeep in your area to check out. Can't be more rare than a Viper there, can it?

Thanks for clearing, Jim. I might have found someone selling me the original ones. Gen 1 and Gen 2 should be the same knobs, I heard.

Thanks for all your input and help. Found the knobs through one of the members who will send them to my friend in CA. :)
