Well after several adjustments of the Corsa exhaust and dealing with burnt sills, I came up with a way to deal with it forever... Take a look at the pics. I think it looks awesome. Not sure how it would look on other colors, but black it works well. These arent painted. I stripped, cleaned and sanded the aluminum. Orginally I was going to polish to a shine but decided against it since i think it will take away from the rims. Love the look. it isnt too flashy.

Car is going to Tators in two weeks to install Motons which will only enhance the look.

What do you think?

It appears neatyly done, but is not my taste.

Dude, I think that's a great idea, looks good in the pics, probably even better in person, I bet it'd be cool on a silver snake.

Nice to know this is an option in case I have any problems.

I dig it. I think polished would look well also. The black on mine are starting to discolor so I may have to do them as well.

Not to steal your post but we are in the process of designing and making a polished exhaust tip that will attach to the exhaust tips on the Borla/Mopar exhaust systems. This will bring the tips outward so they will not burn the side sill paint.

Would probably look good on silver since the colors will match closely.
