new or old model

Hey guys, i am new to this board, i have some mopars muscle (old and newer), like the charger '70 440ci , prowler and a viper 1993 witch has now 9500 km = 6000 miles, and i loved all of them (one of the first delivered in Europe).
When i saw the new viper in the magazines it looked to much like the honda, but when i visited California last month i saw the new model live, i liked it much much more, and now, i want to add him to my collection.
Now my question to you guys is , why should i buy it or why not .
What is the difference in driving with my oldy .

much better, faster, more handling and real braking(world class that is). I love mine it is a wonderfully intoxicating vechicle. It takes a lot more money almost double or triple the price to find anything that will easily take one of the SRT's. Some of those cars will also be Viper bait depending on the drivers abilities.

I had a 2000 gts and agree 1000% with sylvansrt. Now I have a 04 srt.

Before I bought the srt, I test drove a 911 twin turbo cab. It did not even ride close to a 2000 gts yet alone a 04 srt!
and it was $134,000 plus tax.

go for a srt. I also didn't die over the styling when I saw it on the net or in print but in real life thats another story.

Also with the SRT you have a true convertible, you don't have play around with the folding top thats on the RT/10s.
